We have taken Ask the Experts and added speed-dating like timing and rotation to maximize your networking opportunities with the MIX11 speakers. Peruse the content themed areas to find your first table topic of interest and belly up to the table for 20 minutes of discussion before a new speaker rotates to your table or you move to a different themed area. "Pit bosses" will be on hand to help you navigate your way to getting your queries answered. We bring the food and drinks, you bring the questions. Tuesday, April 12 from 5:00-6:30PM in Shorelines A.
The COMMONS!
The Commons is the place to go to catch up with fellow attendees and meet with exhibitors for mucho more content beyond what you’ll see in sessions. Microsoft Product Teams and Partners are in the expo to not only answer your burning questions, but also have you get your hands on the latest in technology and play with exclusive hands-on demos. And when you’re not busy chatting up one of our experts, feel free to stay longer and use our comfy lounge area to charge up, have a Tweetup, or just relax!
The CONNECT LOUNGE!
Need a place to hang between sessions? The Connect Lounge, in Shorelines A, offers you the perfect opportunity to kick back with some games, learn about some cool projects at Microsoft, and network with fellow attendees. Talk with the Microsoft Research team or Clint Rutkas from Coding for Fun (anyone remember the t-shirt cannon from MIX10? That’s Clint!), relax with a quick Xbox 360 game, or try your skills with Kinect! And did someone mention a remote control racetrack!??!
The CHANNEL 9 LIVE STAGE!
The Channel 9 team will be broadcasting live, unscripted and 100% interactive from the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas for MIX11. Join us immediately following the keynotes on Tuesday, April 12th and Wednesday, April 13th for two full days of speaker interviews, panels, demos and discussions where YOU get to ask the questions.
