SharePoint is more commonly being used in the enterprise to manage many different types of activities. Often the design and deployment of these sites require designers to work closely with developers. This session will discuss the integrated design and development experience, focusing on design techniques, integrated tools support through SharePoint Designer, Expression Blend and Visual Studio, and show how designers can build compelling enterprise sites for SharePoint 2010.

As a 10 years experienced designer for web industry in china, I still wonder that a software like "Flash 2.0 to Flash CS" could be acceptable by whole world designers, because the FLASH design software series' such bad user experience for designer's mind inspiration creativities...

God, please give us(Designers) a whole new good enough softwre to cope with the difficulty form increasingly wired clients requirements.

I wish MICROSOFT can give us a new easy-use design software for all designers on this planet!

    - God Bless Designers -

If you are designer or developer working for an agency that is seeing an uptick in demand for .com or multi-audience deploy on SharePoint you won't want to miss this session.

Attended a similar session from Paul at PDC - it was well worth attending. Any net new content in this session over the one presented at PDC?

  • Hi Daren,

Thanks for attending my PDC session. I have new material to show at MIX. Everything is not completed yet, so send me mail on something you would like to see and I will try to fit it in.

  • Is this session use the 2010 version of Sharepoint

  • Yes, I will be using SharePoint 2010 and Silverlight 4.
