Actually, a real code profiler for .NET CF has been available for almost two years now, namely our EQATEC Profiler:

Disclaimer: I'm the lead developer of it, so I'm of course biased :-) But it really is the only .NET CF code profiler in the world, it's simple to use - and it's free.
BTW, it doesn't do Windows Phone 7 Silverlight profiling yet, but that will come soon.

Did I miss something? Good vid very informative but where were these 'game examples' that would be mostly 'First Person Shooter' style? I was getting all keyed up to see an FPS on WP7/Emu and he never mentioned them again???

It would be awesome if you could upload your debugging samples you showed, with the "bad class". I started the clr profiler for the first time, and didn't immediately see where a problem might be.
